SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 24 hours, carefully packaged by me, and shipped via USPS. Shipping is FREE to the U.S. and I do not yet offer international shipping (stay tuned!)

 

Standard shipping typically takes between 2-5 business days for destinations within the United States. If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date. 

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

I pack my crystals with the utmost care. As such, I cannot be responsible for items damaged, broken or delayed/lost/stolen due to USPS.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final and I do not accept returns or exchanges for any items. I try my best to accurately display and describe each and every crystal through photos, videos and Live Streaming via Instagram. Crystals may vary slightly due to the uniqueness of each stone, and differences in screen coloring.

That being said, I want all my crystals to be loved and cherished. Please let me know if there is an issue. If I do accept a return, a restocking fee or return shipping fee may apply.
